What to Bring

Every child has a named peg in the nursery foyer for bags. As you enter the main classroom there are pegs for your child to hang their coat on so coats are easily accessible for outdoor play. These are the things your child needs:
  • Nursery Uniform

    A uniform is available to purchase at the Pre-School. Please ensure all items are labelled.

  • Healthy Packed Lunch & Water Bottle

    Lunch Children Only

  • Waterproof Coat with Hood

    (relevant for much of the year).

  • Sun Hat

    A named sun hat is to be left at the pre-school and to be used in warm weather.

  • Indoor Shoes

    Velcro pumps or trainers no lacers please.  To encourage independence footwear that the children can take on and off themselves.

  • A Change of Clothes

    To be left in a named rucksack on their peg. Even if your child is toilet trained accidents can still occasionally happen and the children play with water activities.  The nursery has only an emergency small supply of spare clothes.

  • Nappies & Wipes (if required)

    Provided by the parent daily and to be kept in the small named bag on child’s peg.
